However, teachers who are successful are gathering and finding some ways to improve their work in class. Also, they can learn every day more and be updated with their resources to teach better.Salary is a challenge also, because in some schools  teacher gain lowersalary  than they deserve.  In conlusion, to be a great teacher requires some attitudes, such as to be flexible, optimistic, self-reflective, preogressive, and innovative. Be a teacher is create something new to their pupils to learn better.
